"... Do you realize how strange that makes you sound," Nav asked, his mouth half-smiling as he wryly spoke. His composure had returned to normal outwardly, but within he watched the other in shock. Seriously, what was wrong with this man? Did all Heartless run around taking samples of their blood and pasting names on pieces of paper? If so, no wonder Nobodies and the people of Light avoided them. It was just plain creepy in his mind. And Naventil was finding out quicker than he had hoped that not only was the man a giant, but he was also as crazy as the Nobody himself was. And that, of course, was what worried Nav the most. For what seemed like the zillionth time that past ten minutes or so, however, Naventil found his thoughts interupted by the other's strang words.
His hand reached out, palm forward, signaling the other to give him a minute to think. "I feel like I've been hibernating for an extremely long time," he muttered to himself, pacing back and forth thoughtfully, "but I didn't think that staying away from The Land That Never Was for so long would be that bad..." and for the next minute or so, he continued his quiet mutterings, till another question popped into his head. "Wait. Let me get this straight... There's more than one of you running around?" He questioned, gaze already locked onto the stranger's dark eyes.

"You just asked me if there were more Heartless, in the Realm of Darkness. Silly Nobody." laughed Stark, joking with the non-person in front of him. "I just said that there are ten of us. Clean out your ears." Sticking a finger in Naventil's face. Retracting the hand, he continued. "We're all crazy, in a sense, as a Heartless it's mandatory. Also, I'm not a big fan of being interrupted. I don't interrupt you, so you don't do the same to me, and we'll be just fine."

"I take it you aren't one for sarcasm," Naventil stated point blank, his eyes serious as the Heartless spoke to him. Finally putting his arms down after realizing they were going numb, the boy continued, "also... If you wish for others to tell you their name, it's only polite to use them, you know. So I'll try my best to stop interupting you, Sir'Stark, and you can at least call me by my name." He had a thing for names, Nav did. He had no idea why, of course, but somewhere in the back of his mind, he knew that titles were extremely important. It was a fact he had carried with him his whole existence as far back as he could remember. Sometimes he wondered if it was a fragment of the blank memories his Somebody had left him with, while other times he merely thought of it as a way to keep a bit of humanity in his life as he traveled--or was it reality he was looking for? Either way, he liked being called his name, and thought it only right that the feeling should be mutual. So staring up the giant before him, he watched with an expressionless face and waited for another explosion from the strange Heartless, politely ignoring the finger that had been thrust in his face. "Well, Naventil, sarcasm is fine and dandy, but I didn't hear any in your voice. Also, I have been calling you by your name. Also, drop the formalities, I am no gentleman, in any sense of the word. I only am polite to those that have earned my respect, which is hard to come by." Stark snickered. The Seventh grew tired of standing and shot a chain up at a nearby light pole, using it to get up to the top of it. He perched himself on it, perfectly balanced. Growing bored of the Nobody, he began to look around the dark street perfectly named Void Avenue which intersected with Stark Drive. He chuckled when he saw his road.

Naventil smiled thinly, "I find that hard to believe... And I suppose that makes sense... Though I didn't know Heartless had respect. Last time I checked, at least." He waved his hand up and down, dismissing the next thought from his mind, and glanced towards wherever it was Stark was looking. /'Stark Drive. How fitting,'/ he thought to himself as the other's chain shot upwards, digging into the metal of the high pole Nav had been leaning against just a few minutes prior. The other was bored, that much was obvious, and the Nobody didn't blame him; this whole town had been pretty much a drag since he arrived. He shot up to the roof of the building nearest the Heartless, however, still wondering about the ranking issue that had come up, and sat at the edge with his feet dangling off. How nostalgic... "Pardon me, Sir'Stark, but how is it that the Heartless have progressed to a state of humanity?" he questioned with his head tilted to one side again, "And for how long? I thought only Nobodies were capable of that."

"Enough with the 'sir' shit." snapped Stark before answer the Nobody's question. "We're special Heartless, in our Somebodies' moment of giving in to the Darkness in their hearts, they accidentally give the entirety of themselves to it, creating us. We are permanent, only a Keyblade wielder can completely purify us. Only a Somebody who gives in completely, such as this guy named Ansem or Xehanort, or whatever his name was, will become one of us special Emblem Heartless. We, like all Emblems contain our Somebodies' heart within us, making us much stronger than the Purebloods."

Naventil placed his elbows on his knees, resting his chin on thin hands while his legs continued to swing back and forth through empty space. Below him, the pavement and road continued on to his left till it hit a dead-end, while to his right it intersected with the other streets and then continued in a straight line till it crossed the main street and gathering place in The Void. He didn't notice that his smile grew at Stark's obvious dislike of the title Nav had given him for the time being, and instead kept his eyes constantly roaming over the tops of the nearest buildings. As always, he avoided looking at the sky, the color was too depressing. "So you all are like the opposites of us Nobodies, then?" he enquired softly, legs freezing mid-swing and his eyes once more turning to the still figure of the Heartless as he perched motionlessly on the top of the lightpost, perfectly balanced, "And why were you watching me today? Do you follow every Nobody who comes through here?"
It struck him as he asked the second question, that, for the past few hours he hadn't come across any other Nobodies. Why? Did they all avoid this place because of the strange organization that Stark claimed to be part of, or did they merely hide themselves in the back alleys to avoid trouble? The thoughts brought the same realization as before; he needed to return to The World That Never Was soon. He was getting far more behind the times than was safe. Stark's sudden appearance only served to strengthen that point.

"Well, sort of, when we Heartless are created, the empty shell of the Somebody is left behind. If the person had a strong will, the shell becomes a Nobody. If they had a particularly strong heart, the Nobody will retain its humanoid form and memories. Although, since they have no heart, they have no emotions. We Heartless are the hearts, therefore, we are emotion incarnate, more or less." explained the Eternal Black member. "To answer your other questions, I'm usually sent on recon of any new or interesting things enter our domain. Usually non-Organization members never come here, even when they do, it's hard to track them due to their special coats, it seems to protect them from the Darkness, and our tracking skills. Hence, that is why I, as well as my fellow members, have become interested in you. You, a non-Organization Nobody, has managed to make it into our realm and, even more interesting still, avoided succumbing to the Darkness and fading away. It is rather baffling, however, with the data that I've successfully gathered from you in the past hour will help in our research." Stark looked over his shoulder at Naventil.

"How curious," pondered Naventil as his legs resumed swinging, each foot going back and forth like the pendulum of a clock. "I suppose you all have the better end of things after all," he said as he vainly tried to blow another strand away from his face. It took several tries, and in the end, he found himself listening more attentively to the information being fed to him than he thought he would. But even with all the answers that Stark had given him, the Nobody still wasn't satisfied with something, and he voiced it rather quickly, "so really, the only reason you're here is to get information on a freak, am I right?" The thought didn't suprise him as he voiced it, but did make him realize again the position he was in. If he were smart he would leave. And he would, eventually, it was just that he couldn't seem to run from the things being told to him. They were interesting bits of information--one of the few things he enjoyed anyone--and they pertained to him and others of his kind.

"A freak? Ha, I don't believe in 'freaks,' I believe in anomalies." laughed Stark. He looked back over at the shop he had trashed, chuckling to himself as the residents shuffled back away from it when his gaze landed upon them. "Hell, if there was anyone who'd be a freak, it'd be me, I mean, have you seen my eyes?" Stark joked with the Nobody as he looked at him with his dark colored visual organs.

"You're strange," Nav retorted softly, watching the Heartless from the corner of his eye as he laughed strangely to himself. Then, in a soft mutter, he added, "and not in the normal sense of the word, either." His eyes quickly turned upwards to meet the other's gaze, though, and the rest of his sentence trailed off into silence as he found himself being spoken to once more. True, the Heartless' eyes were a curiosity, but they weren't that odd. Not when compared to some of the things Naventil had seen during his travels. Hell, when put beside those, Stark's eyes looked almost normal... Almost. A whole batch of his hair fell into his face at this point, and Navnetil hurriedly brushed it aside before smiling a bit wider, "do you really think they're that strange? Yes, I suppose they're unique, but most of the Heartless I've seen all have eyes that aren't quite normal."

"Pfft, those are just regular Heartless, not like us special ones." Stark responded with a shake of his hand, the chain jingling slightly. He stood up as straight as he could while the chain was attached to him, never losing his balance. "They're not like us. We gave in completely, they just had a small taste of the Darkness, most of them by accident. Really they're pathetic. Just as I stand here on this pole, above the ground, we, the Eternal Black, are above regular Pureblood and Emblem Heartless alike. They were an unorganized cluster of heart coveting creeps. But under our leadership and guidance, we have changed that mess into a truly monsterous, ravenous, wave of Darkness, devouring millions of hearts in our wake." Stark extended his arms as he said this, as if giving a speech to the millions that he had spoke of. "With each heart taken, a new soldier joins our army of Darkness. In fact, I'm sure your Heartless is rather powerful, judging by your abnormal nonexistence." He glanced over at Naventil with a wider smile than usual. "A great addition to the ranks of our race." Stark effortlessly hopped to a building higher up, his weaponry barely rattling in the air and during the landing, to get a better view of the Void. "It fills my enslaved heart with joy to think of it."

"The only thing I can think of whenever you say that is that you all seem kind of like us Nobodies... I don't mean you're like us--not at all--but it's almost as if your kind has risen above the turmoil and strife of the underlings to create something different and entirely new. And I honestly don't see why you keep saying I must have a powerful Heartless." Naventil hesitated for a split second, "I don't really know why you're telling me any of this period, but that is the one thing that gets me. I don't hang around my kind much and I generally keep to myself, but I know enough by now to realize that there are far more 'interesting' Nobodies outhere." He laughed softly, "I'm an in-between sort of Nobody. I'm not with the underlings, but I've never achieved the level of an Organization member. Also--random sidenote, but if you are the embodiment of Human emotion, then can you also feel emotions? This was another question that had been bugging him for the past few minutes and, being a Nobody and having no heart, he could only imagine what it was like to feel things like Humans did. It was the one thing he envied.

"But of course!" exclaimed Stark. Stark was still laughing when Naventil said he was an inbetween Nobody. "That's funny that you say that. As you Nobodies dwell in the realm between the light and dark. You are by no means a generic Nobody. Which, is yet another reason you bring rise to the intrigue of my group. I know I've been spouting out random information. But if you look closer and read the fine print, you'll find that it's not quite so random. It's not the information you have, it's what you do with it. Which reminds me," Stark's constant smile flipped over, "I really do need to turn in my report, last thing I need is to piss of the Dark Empress again." The Heartless sighed and began to walk toward the other side of the roof he was on, heading to the Black Palace.
