Ray followed them. When they were halfway there, several Unversed appeared. Several Axe Flappers rushed the girls, only for Ray to get rid of them. "Get her home, I'll hold them off." he said, taking out more of the monsters. A Bruiser and its buckled cousin came at the girls. "Leave them ALONE!" he roared the order. For a split second, they stopped, only to continue. Suddenly, a Keychain raced toward them. Ray caught it with his free hand and activated the weapon subconsciously. He used the newly equipped Oblivion in tandem with Fall of the Evening Star, taking out the Unversed, making a window for the girls to escape.

Alex didn't run though. Instead she walked lesurly, letting Kaylee take swings at the monsters to take her mind off of ther traumatizing experience. It seemed to work for a little while, and when it started not working, Alex started running, knowing Ray could hold his own.
When she reached the house, she took Kaylee upstairs and put her in her room. She came back down stairs afterward to sit in the chair, waiting for Ray.

Suddenly, Oblivion, being used in a Strike Raid, flew passed the front of the house. Ray landed with a swing, taking out the Unversed that he missed. He lifted up his hand and resummoned Oblivion to it. He quickly defeated the rest of the monsters and stood up straight. He turned his head and say Alex. "Hey, Alex, sorry for the wait." he said to her, both his Keyblades down at his side.

"No problem. Have fun?" She answered with a small chuckle. She noticed that he was carrying anoth keyblade with him and smiled slightly. "Hey, you are a synch blader."

"A what?" he asked as he desummoned the weapons. He flipped Oblivion's chain up and caught it.

"Synch Blader. You can use two Keyblades." She answered getting up. "I put Kaylee in her room. I think she's alseep."

"Good." he responded to the last part. "I can't remember ever using two at once, but apparently my body does. Every movement, every attack, they all seemed like I had done them a million times before."

"Yeah, you've done it before if it was that easy." She said walking over to him. The anger and fear had drained from her eyes by now, leaving tiredness and pain. "Anyway. Would you like to hear my story? If not, that's ok."

She smiled slightly. "I'm going to take that as a yes since you didn't give me a straight answer. Anyway, I was 13, Kaylee was fourteen." She began
~Flashback~
"I know but... huh?" Alex started to argue.
"Hah! I win!" Kaylee said cheerfully. "What is it Alex?"
Alex wastched the shadows unnoticed to Kaylee move swiftly by. "Kaylee, go to your room and Lock yourself in. Don't come down until I come get you."
"Oh ok." She said bouncing off. Alex started to get up to go to her room, but the shattering of windows told her that she didn't have time. Quickly she layed down on the couch, hoping not to get seen. She could here 5 guys talking as they wandered around, talking about what they were going to do to Kaylee when they found her. One of the guys rounded the corner and saw Alex huddled down on the couch.
"Hey, here is her little brat friend." he laughed. approching her. Panicing, the girl moved away from him.
The leader came up behind her, grabbing her hair and pulling her toward him. "Where is Kaylee, tell us and we will leave you alone." He laughed. Alex glared at him and kicked him in the sheen. Cause him to let go, giving her a chaance to get away. Two of the bigger thugs grabbed her and threw her to the floor. "C'mon guys, this one will do." He said.
"No. No. No!" Alex screamed, but with four guys holding her down and one on top of her, there wasn't much she could do. She took it all quietly, as not to worry Kaylee more, but not with out crying. When they were done, they left her there on the floor to die.
~End Flashback~
"It hurt. Alot. Both physically and mentally. That's why I don't trust a lot of guys. You were exception though... I could tell, though I don't know how, that you wouldn't hurt me." She concluded, looking back up at Ray.

"Yeah, I was too busted up to do anything. Man, I can't believe that was a month ago." he said, trying to get her mind off of the subject at hand.

"Yeah, you were pretty busted up. But that wasn't why." She laughed. "You know you've come a long way in just a month. She paused, smiling at him. "Hey, I want to thank you. For treating Kaylee and I like people, not just girls like every other guy. It means a lot to us."

"They only see Kaylee and I as sex toys. You don't though. You are... Diffrent." She said with a smile. "Anyway. I'm going to cook now, just because I can. Want anything in particular?"
