Remej returned with the cut up tree from earlier and stacked the majority of it against the rock where the wind was cutting through. "My name is Remej." he said as he stacked the wood. "What is yours?"

Zalsolin hesitated before answering. She really didn't like telling people her name, then they could tell other people. Somehow though, she didn't think he would. Still she wanted to be careful. "Zalsolin... N-nice to meet you, Remej." she said, trying to be polite. She really didn't know what else to say. She was scared beyond belief of this man, but she didn't want him to leave. He was the only one that seemed to care.

"Nice to meet you as well, Zalsolin." he replied as he finished the new wall. "Is there anything else that you need?" he asked looking at her.

"Uh... n-no I'm fine... " she trailed off. Really she would have liked a friend, but 1, who wanted to be friends with her and two, what if he, being a man, took advantage of her friendship? Was it really worth it? Then she sneezed, the cold, wet weather was getting to her.

Remej snapped his fingers and one of his Ninjas appeared. "Make a fire for her." he ordered it. The Nobody nodded and walked over to the pile of extra wood and placed some a few feet in front of Zalsolin. Then, moving its bladed hand from its sleeve, it ran some of the sword-like fingers across each other, making sparks fall down onto the wood. Soon a roaring fire erupted. It looked at its master, who nodded and it shimmered away.

The fire startled her and she jumped back with a whimper. She wasn't fond of fire. It scared her. It was warm though. She crawled back over to it and sat, staring at the ground.

"There, you have a good supply of food, a sturdy shelter, and the extra wood is over there." he said, pointing. "I shall return later. Unless you'd rather me not."

"I-I uh..." She stopped. Did she want him to come back? Honestly, though she was afraid, she did want him to come back. She couldn't let her fear win, otherwise she would never have friends. "O-ok. See you later, Remej."

"Alright, I will return." Remej walked through the portal he opened and disappeared.
-The next day-
VII exited the portal. It was windy that day and he used his hand to move his hair away from his face.

Zalsolin was huddled down in her shelter, asleep. This was the first time she had gotten a good sleep in a while. He dreams were even good, not plauged by nightmares of her past. She was quite happy about it. And it was all because of Remej. Strange that a guy was helping her though.

Remej noticed the sleeping Nobody and sat down opposite the fire pit of her. Quietly watching her. He couldn't help but smile as he watched her, which confused him. He had the funny feeling in his stomach again, in fact, he got it every time he saw or thought about her.

A cool breeze moved Zalsolin's hair into her face, tickling her nose. She giggled a bit then woke up. She sat up and yawned. When she finally moved her hair out of her face, she saw Remej. She didn't jump this time, but his presence obviously suprised

"I didn't mean to startle you." the Shadowed Spearman said. He stood and asked, "Do you need me to do anything for you today?"

"Um... No... Well... You could just... S-stay here and talk to me..." She replied shyly. She wasn't sure if he would agree to that, but he seemed nice enough. Worry was always in the back of her mind of course, but maybe she could learn to trust him. Hm, trust. Something she hasn't felt in a long time.
