Physical Appearance: Uloy stands at about six foot and weighs 215 lbs in lean muscle. He has tannish skin and has several different length braids in his short messy hair. Each braid has different colored beads on them. He has short stubble on his face. His coat is a mixture of shoulder pads that resemble Marluxia's, Luxord length sleeves, Vexen length coat, and gloves that are cut short at about the first knuckle. He has buckles on his left forearm that hold his fan. He wears an undershirt that is made of the same material as their uniforms. Same goes for his undergarments. He also has a tattoo of his rank on his right upper arm, near the shoulder. He has the words "Don't Fan the Flames" on his back, spanning the entire top part.

Bio/History: Lou (Uloy's Somebody) was an only child raised by his parents. He loved to play with his paper fans and practice his flute. One day, a man broke into their house, killed his parents, beat him to a bloody pulp, broke his flute, and destroyed most of his fans, except one. When Lou healed, he swore revenge. He took his last fan, fixed razorblades along the edge, and began his hunt. He eventually found the man and sliced his throat with the fan. Uloy and his Heartless were born that day. However, using his powers over air pressure, he created a shell around the Heartless and crushed it, destroying the dark creature.
