I don't. thought Zack to himself. He cast multiple blizzard spells toward Raez and then reassumed his defensive position.

The Third snapped and several Fiery Globes spawned in front of the magic projectiles, shielding Raez. "You don't seem to realize, Light Realmer, that I have permission to destroy this entire area, just to get what I came for." he stated as dark fires began to erupt off of his body and weapon. "Meaning all of these 'innocent' people will die."

"So you would destroy the whole place just for the heart of one person? Am I really that difficult for you?" Zack taunted, trying to shake Raez away from the idea of destroying the place. "Surely you can take on someone like me." As he was saying this, Hercules was silently making his way around to Raez's back, trying to get to where he could strike Raez in the back.

"I have, as of the moment, a single target. This not-so-silent god behind me. You are of no importance as of yet. Just an interruption." as he spoke, the dark fires began to erupt off of him, the surrounding air scalding anything near it. The stone arena began to creak and crack.

Hercules stopped, realizing that Raez was already aware of his plan. Instead of advancing, he backed up to avoid the flames and picked up a column, which was just long enough to reach Raez without being in the scorching air. While Hercules was doing this, Zack had backed away as well. "A god? As in, an immortal being? Surely you realize your poor choice in opponent." he said, smirking. After Zack had said this, Hercules swung at Raez with the column. Zack, realizing the opportunity this might provide, used Strike Raid, aiming for the legs.

Raez jumped over the Keyblade, sending a dark fireball toward Zack at the same time. However, he was unable to dodge the column and was sent into the far wall of the arena. As the debris settled, Three stepped out of the dust cloud and brushed off his shoulder. "I had no choice in the matter. I follow my Dark Mistress's desires unquestionably. God or not, I shall devour his heart." He removed his eye patch. (OoC - OH SNAP!) The garment disintegrated in his hand. He opened his scarred eye, revealing his modified emblem. The Heartless clapped his hands together and an inferno erupted around him. The flames swirled around him, forming a ring. The tips of the angry flames conjoined in his slowly opening hands. As the small ember grew into a gigantic sun, he lifted his arms above his head. He launched the monster flame into the air, blotting out the actual sun. "Hellfire Bombardier." he announced as he dropped his hands toward the ground. The attack began to erupt meteor-like fireballs down on the coliseum.

"How do you still have the strength to fight after a hit like that!?" Zack exclaimed out of disbelief. This guy's unreal! I really don't know how to stop him. Zack's mind was racing, desperately trying to figure out a solution. Hercules, however, now had a thin yellow aura surrounding him. Zack looked over and saw this change in appearance. "What's that all about?" Zack asked him. "Not enough time to tell you right now." Hercules replied seeing the oncoming attack raining down from the sky. He picked up Zack and tossed him to a more sheltered area on the other side of the coliseum. Zack landed on his back, and he quickly got back up. "Hey! I'm not sitting out!" he yelled. Then Zack also saw the fireballs as they began to slam into the ground. "Oh... I'll see what I can do from here then." Zack said, a bit calmer. Hercules had begun catching the fireballs with his bare hands and lobbed them back at Raez. Somehow, Hercules didn't appear to be getting hurt. Zack figured it had something to do with the aura and then started casting blizzard spells.

Raez easily shrugged off the returned fireballs. The cold magic, although in its weakest form, was beginning to take its toll. As his attack began to lose steam, so did he. "Too much time in the Light, it seems." he commented coldly. He made a barrier of fire, stopping the last of the Blizzard spells. "It seems I have failed my main objective." he sighed, replacing his eye patch. "However, look around you, do you see something missing? Or perhaps, several things?" The Heartless pointed to the empty seats.

Zack looked around and noticed no one else was in the arena. He tensed with the realization of the worst possible reason for the audience's disappearance. Hopefully most of them evacuated the arena, but it's likely some of them never made it out. Unable to think of anything to say, Zack just settled with glaring at Raez.

Zack couldn't think of anything to say. How could I have been so stupid? I saved the heart of one man, but I failed to protect everyone else...

Raez let out a very uncharacteristic laugh, it chilled even the burning heart he kept trapped inside of him. "Yes, let the doubt fill you, Zack. Now, if you'll excuse me," he snapped, several Crimson Jazz appeared between them, as well as a Corridor to Darkness opened behind the Third, "I must give my report to the Dark Mistress." The Heartless entered the portal, which turned to a pitch black smoke afterward, his minions didn't waste any time setting their time bombs.

Both Zack and Hercules tried to rush after Raez, only to be stopped by the Crimson Jazzes. Once Raez had left, they realized the real reason the Heartless were summoned was so that they could set time bombs in the arena. "We need to get out of here!" Zack yelled to Hercules as he began running to the exit. Hercules followed Zack, and they barely made it outside the range of the bombs before the catastrophic explosion happened. Zack and Hercules turned around to observe the damage. The once-great Coliseum was now reduced to rubble. "Looks like I'm going to have to fix this place a second time." Hercules said. "Maybe I can help?" Zack offered. "No, it's fine." Hercules replied. You've already been a great help to me. Thanks for helping me fight that guy." "No problem!" Zack said.
As Zack boarded his gummi ship, he thought about all the people in the Coliseum that lost their hearts. "Well... what's done is done, and feeling bad isn't going to change it. Next time, I need to be more aware about everyone's safety, not just the one man who was initially threatened." And with that, Zack took off, wondering what other worlds he would find.
