The strike narrowly missed the girls. The tree behind them, however, was not so lucky. The doom counter ticked down and soon the fauna was erased from existence. Kurt stood back up and turned toward them, Darkness still encoated his weapon.

"Poor tree." Axel chuckled nervously. Quickly she dashed to the door, threw Kaylee in and returned to her spot. Now that her disadvantage was gone, it was a fairer fight.

"Hmm, getting rid of the dead weight. How dark of you." he commented nonchalantly. He feigned an attack, then used his Keyblade to send a shower of sand at her, he quickly ran to the right and fired off a Dark Firaga.

"Not getting rid of. Better protecting her." She growled, getting pelted with sand and fire. When she got back up, she quickly fired of a fire before slipping to his side to use something she never used. Ars Arcanum.

Kurt skidded across the sand, stopping near the water. He laid there for a moment or two. He slowly stood back up. He took a new stance, his body being covered in Darkness. "Chaos Blade."

The Light and Dark attacks struck, creating small shockwaves outward. Kurt jumped high into the air and used the Darkness to catch himself. "It seems you do have some skill after all."

"Gender has nothing to do with skill." He charged another Dark Firaga and shot it off to the side of his Light adversary. As the blast struck the ground, he dashed to the other side of her and prepared for a combo.

Unfortunately, she didn't have time to move which made the darlk firaga hit her in the way of his combo. However, that was ok. Despite the factt that it was going to hurt tememdouly, she still had a few tricks up her sleeve.
